Job Description:

As an Acoustic Engineer at Alpin Limited, you’ll play an essential role in designing analysis, planning, and optimizing audio systems and spaces. From offices to concert halls, your expertise will warrant the accurate acoustics for a variety of projects.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with designers, architects and clients to fully be aware of the project’s requirements.
  • Conduct acoustic assessment and simulations together special equipment and software.
  • Develop and implement soundproofing solutions to reduce the impact of external noise.
  • Create acoustic models for optimal the distribution of sound in the outdoor and indoor areas.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the quality of sound and pinpoint areas of improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and technical assistance to improve the acoustic performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry and new technologies in acoustic technology.

Requirements:

 

  1. A bachelor’s degree is required in Acoustic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in an equivalent field.
  2. A proven track record in the field of acoustic analysis and design with a focus on the field of environmental or architectural projects.
  3. Expertise in acoustic modeling programs (e.g., CadnaA, ODEON) and measurement tools.
  4. Excellent problem-solving talent and a keen eye to particulars.
  5. Good communication abilities to work energetically with teams of all kinds.
  6. The ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
