What You’ll Do:
As part of the Dubai Jobs team at DWTC, the Assistant Manager for Employee Relations & Welfare will lead disciplinary and grievance management, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. You’ll oversee employee exits, coordinate welfare activities, and manage retention initiatives such as the “Tamaiyuz” rewards program. The role includes developing HR presentations, supporting business units with policy updates, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive work culture.
What You Need:
To qualify for these Dubai Jobs, candidates must hold a university degree in Human Resources or Psychology, with at least five years of experience in disciplinary and grievance handling. Two years of experience in employee welfare or company events is also preferred. Strong HR knowledge, conflict resolution, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
