What You’ll Do:
As part of the Guest Service Agent Dubai Jobs team, you will manage efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and maintain Opera folios. You will prepare financial and operational reports, coordinate with departments like Housekeeping, Engineering, and Finance, and ensure that guest requests and UAE legal requirements are met. Maintaining high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling issues professionally are key parts of this role.
What You Need:
Candidates applying for these Dubai Jobs should have at least three years of hotel front office or reservation experience. Knowledge of the Opera Hotel System and strong communication skills are essential.
