What You’ll Do:
The Front Desk Agent will provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, greet them personally, and assist with room and hotel familiarization. You will manage inquiries about hotel activities, promotions, and local attractions while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rates and occupancy. Accurate handling of check-ins, check-outs, billing, and privacy of guest information is essential. Understanding and following hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, along with maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, are key to the role.
What You Need:
Candidates should have a degree in hospitality and prior experience in a hotel Front Office department. Strong English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. Proficiency with computers and hotel systems like Opera is preferred. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure in a multicultural team environment while delivering high-quality guest service.
